Buy the right concentration
The simplest longevity upgrade is to buy an EDP or parfum rather than an EDT of the same scent, where one exists — more oil, more staying power. Warm, heavy families (amber, gourmand, tobacco, woods) naturally outlast bright fresh ones, which is why this list skews that way. Apply to moisturised skin, and do not rub
Fragrance clings to hydrated skin far better than dry, so a splash of unscented moisturiser before you spray genuinely extends longevity. Spray onto skin at pulse points rather than clothing, and do not rub your wrists together — it crushes the top notes and can shorten the wear.
